Leadership, Advisory, Staff
Global REACH leadership is comprised of a director, managing director, and several associate directors -- all who serve as primary conduits to the University of Michigan Medical School (UMMS) community interested in global health and to external collaborators working within our platform sites.
An Advisory Board, made up of six faculty members from schools and colleges across the University, provides guidance on building and strengthening institutional global health collaborations.
Staff members support the mission of Global REACH through the facilitation of health research, education, and collaboration among UMMS faculty and students and our global partners. Services include the coordination of incoming and outgoing faculty and students seeking to participate in global health experiences and initiatives, grant development and administration, platform development and support, event administration, and the capture and communication of UMMS global health activities.
