World Sight Day is coordinated annually by the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness to focus global attention on blindness and vision impairment.

The Kellogg Eye Center for International Ophthalmology is proud to participate with a program featuring Adjunct Professor of Ophthalmology Dr. Scott Lawrence, who resides and works in Ethiopia and helps coordinate the Ophthalmology Department's extensive collaborations with St. Paul's Hospital Millennium Medical College.

Also featured with be Rachelle Kniffen, Director of Communications for Leader Dogs for the Blind, a Detroit area non-profit. And her canine ambassador Arctic!
